The Hot springs of Polichnitos are 1 km away of Polichnitos heading to Vatera. The springs are of the hottest of Europe, where the water’s temperature reaches up to 92oC, whereas the temperature in the bathtubs is 40oC-41,5oC. There are swimming pools (separated men, women), as well as independent bathtubs. The water is odourless, enriched with natural radon radiation and is considered therapeutic for various diseases.
